Not too happy with delivery, please replace!

I have already contacted Customer Service regarding my dissatisfaction with my order. When I received my item, the box was soiled by over a dozen vials that had opened and spilled en route for delivery.

I have already contacted Customer Service regarding my dissatisfaction with my order. When I received my item, the box was soiled by over a dozen vials that had opened and spilled en route for delivery.
I have yet to receive any feedback regarding my complaint. I was very disappointed, since I had been looking for this type of air freshener for quite some time now. I was initially excited to have found them, but disappointed to find over a dozen has spilled. They are a gift, so I would like a replacement box, but no one has gotten back to me yet. I wanted them before the 2nd of July.
