I Ordered 48 lighters with a decorative design on them. I Was going to give to friends for Christmas. After not shipping for a few weeks, I did receive an order but with a different product of plain bland solid color lighters. Lighters are fine. Just not what I ordered and now have 48 lighters that I cannot give as gifts :-(
Understand time is busy but after waiting for item to be shipped and then receiving the wrong item is very disappointing.
