Item Not Working, Unable to Contact Company

I ordered 2 items and one did not work properly. It was a Christmas gift so when we tried it and it didn't work, I immediately emailed the seller and within a few days had no reply so I emailed a second time. After a week of no response I tried to call the number listed on the website and voice mailbox was full and I was unable to leave a message. Very frustrating that no one will respond. I am hoping they will see this review and reply to my email.
