Rapid Action Energize 2 Way 4 Pack 24 Count

I have received the incorrect on my last 3 orders. I ordered the pills of Rapid Action Energize 2-way, but instead I received liquid form of it in small bottles. When I called the customer service phone number no one answers it; I would like to send it back for a full refund because it was NOT what or ordered. Hopefully, I hear back from someone or else I will somewhere else to order from after this.

I sent a couple of emails to try to return item I had ordered. I received the wrong item not the one pictured. But, have not received a reply with RMA information.
