Small Dugout With Bat Pipe

There was an issue with my first order but I was reached in a very timely manner (after some of the fastest shipping ever) and it was more an issue of miscommunication (perhaps you could avoid in the future by labeling both the bats and dugouts as large and small and mentioning that each is fit for the other)?
I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of both the dugout and bat and amount that you could fit in even the small (five days later I'm still getting "material" off the first load).
I was planning on switching over to the large dugout, however, I'm going to try the small quartz glass pipe and if the smoke isn't too much hotter I might very well stick with the small and give the large away as a gift.
My only suggestion would be to get a few more fancy designs (wood patterns, inlay, built in pokers, etc.) so long as they're not much more expensive I'd lay down (or even some better pics of your products).
I've already begun recommending you to people.
